Statement on President Joseph Estrada's Conviction
After over 6 years of trial, Erap's case before the Sandiganbayan has finally reached its end.
Indeed, this is a historic decision. The Sandiganbayan heard, tried, and decided this case according to law.
We must accept the judgment of the court and move on.
All of us are subject to the rule of law.
No one, including a President of this country, is above the law.
