OLONGAPO CITY: Police authorities arrested 3 suspected hold uppers including a minor early morning Tuesday. Police Inspector Santos Candido Jr., chief of precinct 5 , in his report, identified the suspect as Ryan Sanchez, Chris Bonifacio and Dennis Delgado, all residents of Barangay Sta. Rita, Olongapo City. The victims identified as Rizal Serano and Robert Lee Ecolangco, residents of the same barangay, were waiting for a passenger jeep along Sta. Rita road about 3 a.m. Tuesday when the suspect approached them brandishing a. 38 – caliber revolver and an ice pick .He then grabbed their cellphones and tried to flee the crime scene when concerned citizens blocked their way and arrested them. The police filed a robbery with intimidation case against the suspects.
