WORLD JET SKI FINALS BETS PAUL Del Rosario and BJ Ang and promising Sammy Boy Parilla will pit their skills against fellow local riders when Subic Bay hosts the first SBMA Jet Ski Grand Prix on Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Waterfront beach.
Up for grabs are titles in the Open Ski, Open Sport, Novice and Expert2- Strokes class, the Women’s Runabout, the Veterans Class, the Executive class, the Expert 800 Open and the Expert Runabout 1200 Open.
Del Rosario, Ang and Parilla will be part of the RP delegation to the annual World Jet Ski Finals next month in Lake Havasu, Arizona.
Among the other riders to watch are Mike Mangio, Brian Poturnak, Executive class champion Booby del Rosario, Jeremy Chua, Novice 2-Strokes champion Butch Casido, Novice 4-Strokes titlist Robbie David, Peter Cruz, Paul Buendia, Alex Isip, Open Sport champion Yanik Elnar and Dax Figueroa.
Female riders are also set to strut their wares in the Women’s Runabout division with top favorites Jam Mangio and Abby Reyes leading the cast.
