Petron bets in 1-3 finish at Subic
KOOKIE RAMIREZ led Petron SRA to a 1-3 finish in Round 8 of the Blaze Super Saloon Championship held recently at the Subic International Raceway inside the Subic Bay Freeport in Zambales.
Ramirez, who started from pole position, lost the second lap lead to Sea Oil/Velocity’s Dennis Uy. But Uy encountered fuel injector problems and was out of the race with one lap remaining.
Uy predicament allowed Ramirez to regain the lead followed by Dominic Bon. Louis Ramirez, Petron SRA’s second entry, placed third. Manila Times
