Zambales fugitive nabbed
OLONGAPO City ` The most wanted person in Palauig, Zambales. was arrested by members of the Zambales Criminal Investigation and Detection Team Sunday morning for raping his step-daughter last year.
ZCIDT provincial office chief Supt. Christopher Tambungan identified the suspect as Rudy Anoba, 39, a.k.a. Otong, a welder, of Tent City, Barangay Bulawen, Palauig.
Investigation showed that in February 2005, the suspect raped his 14-year-old step-daughter while his wife was not at home.
