FHM model, three others killed in Olongapo City

A model for male magazine and three others were found dead inside their rented apartment in Olongapo City early Thursday by authorities who were responding to a fire report, police said.

Senior Superintendent Abelardo Villacorta, Olongapo police chief , said the bodies of FHM model Scarlet Garcia, her cousin Rachel Estacio, George Castor Jr., the model’s live-in-partner, and a certain Wacky were recovered inside their apartment in Barangay Gordon Heights.

Reports said Garcia and Estacio were found inside the toilet with their hands tied.

"Naganap po ito mga between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. at maliban sa apat na namatay dito, itong apartment na tinitirhan ng mga biktima ay nasunog pa. May sunog kaya nag-responde ang ating fire bureau at ngayon ay ongoing pa ang aming investigation at meron kaming identity na ng mga victims," Villacorta said.

(The incident occurred between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. and aside from the bodies of the four victims the apartment was set on fire. The fire bureau responded because of the fire. We’re still conducting the investigation and we already have the identity of the victims)

Reports said the victims were already dead when the apartment was set on fire. The residents reported that they saw smoke coming from the apartment around 3 a.m. Police said the bodies, however, were not burned.

Police said the four victims were believed to be drinking hours before the incident. ABS-CBN

OLONGAPO CITY---VIVA Hot Babe Scarlet Garcia and her cousin were believed raped inside the comfort room while their two male companions were murdered like condemned pigs in another part of the horror house yesterday in Olongapo. The starlet was supposedly found only with her pants on and with two bullet wounds in the head. Eerily, her killers took her panties and bra for souvenir.

Sources told People's Tonight that initial investigation showed Garcia, 22, reportedly a model of a popular men's magazine, was massacred between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. along with her supposed live-in partner George Castor Jr., her cousin Rachelle Estacio, 20; and a certain Von Mark Fondejas.

The same sources added that initial investigation also showed Garcia and Estacio were found without underwear, indicating that they were raped before being murdered. Castor Jr. and Fondejas were reportedly found hog-tied in another part of the three-story apartelle, leading probers to believe the assailants tried to prevent them from coming to the women's rescue.

The bodies were discovered at 3 a.m. when neighbors saw thick smoke coming out of the victims' apartment. Initial police reports said the killers might have tried to destroy all evidence that could lead to them by burning the remains of Garcia and the three others.

A witness told police she saw two men rush out of the apartelle before it burst into flames.

Engr. Luis Ramirez, owner of the apartelle, said the victims started renting the place last month. Scarlet and George reportedly revealed that four of them will be occupying the place.

Ramirez added that Scarlet told him she was a Viva Hot Babes model while George was a former Federal Express employee.

Former Gordon Heights barangay captain Damian delos Santos, who lives in front of the apartelle across the street, said he even saw the four victims engaged in a drinking session Wednesday midnight.

Other neighbors said loud music was heard from the house, indicating a party.

An alleged aunt of Scarlet, who identified herself as Mary Anne Miguel, expressed belief that the killers were after George.

"I'm positive George was the reason for this killing," Miguel said.

She added that the family had long advised Scarlet to part ways with her boyfriend. The alleged aunt claimed that they have been receiving text messages warning that Scarlet would one day be found dead.
